I have a Bose home theatre system with an extra REL Quake sub-woofer. I'm not sure how but this little Jivebox does it but it sounds close to the Bose/REL at sensible volumes.
It fills up my bedroom with extended lows and clear mids and highs. Amazing for it's size and price.
If I was being ultra picky I would like the passive radiator on the bottom to be protected in some way to make the unit a bit more portable.

Just received this morning from Amazon and I am amazed at this little box. I bought this just to have background music from my Ipod whilst working around the house without the problem of continuously having to change CDs.
The box was unpacked and the unit set up within a couple of minutes, plugged in the Ipod and wow! the sound is terrific and it goes quite loud for such a small box. Great looking now it is settled under the TV with all the other kit. Highly recommendable - get one.

hello everyone, these speakers look amazing but 2 things
1. i have a ipod classic 80gb and im just wondering if this is compatable and does this speaker system keep turning off at quiet music?
2 does this come with a travel case?
