My First impression of the Shinco 1735 was that it came with a hell of a lot of accessories upon opening the box there was a quality Carry case a Manual and the player itself encased in thick air bubble like packaget.

Opening the carry case you are presented with a host of accessories a car charger, a/v cable the mains adaptor remote control a Li-ION` Battery and headphones.

The player itself is very sleek looking with a shiny white iPod finish on the exterior matched with bits of silver at the same time it is a very solid built player defiantley not on the cheap side you can tell time has gone into the design and build.

I defiantley wasn't expecting this I can tell you, opening the player now there's an exterior black matt finish with large silver buttons the buttons are all neatly layed out and easy to operate.

The first DVD I played was Man hunter the visuals were absolutly stunning, I was surprised as it was sharper then my previous Shinco 1720c which is a more expensive model the other feature I noticed was that it was much quieter when running DVDs

All in all the Shinco 1735 is a another great player from Shinco but this one is my favourite

This is a superb dvd player - fantastic colour contrast, outside stylish looking iPod white, open it and equally stylish black finish - really nice. The player itself is very good, nice picture quality, good sound quality. The feature i like about this player is its FM transmitter - tune in your car radio to the player and hear the sound through your in-car stereo system, really awesome. Played all formats of media without any problems. Its stylish design and finish had heads turning on my recent train journey asking about the unit. Really pleased with it.

I bought this player in advance of a couple of long rail journeys and am delighted with how it performed having returned a more expensive Shinco model in the past which had audio/visual sync problems. The SDP-1735 performed well for a four hour then a seven hour journey on mains power, was quiet running and the sound quality through the headphones was great on dvd's that ranged from three hours to twenty minute compilations. Once or twice I got a few strange looks from fellow passengers when first putting in a dvd as the machine started up noisily however it quickly quietened down and played silently. Very happy!

Recently upgraded my old portable DVD player for this one, Great picture, very durable, and lovely design. Tried the FM feature, too, and this worked well in my car. Cannot recommend it highly enough.
