Buy it you will not regret it February 18, 2007 I. rees (UK) 28 out of 28 found this review helpful
It is hard to equate the price to what you get for your money. I have had mine for 2 months and use it all the time it is easy to put music on using the sync feature of windows media player. the colour screen and menu system is very good. The sound quality is superb with the only fault being the headphones, the lead is to short and they are not very comfy. The jack is 2.5mm so if you upgrade headphones you will need a 3.5mm to 2.5mm adaptor which I got in maplins for less than a pound. Everyone who sees this player will want one.
Great Price, Great Product April 14, 2007 James Grant (Coventry, West Midlands, The United Kingdom of Great Britain) 22 out of 22 found this review helpful
I bought this device a couple of weeks ago, I was a little dubious but figured 'Nothing ventured, nothing gained' . I have to say though, it's fantastic ! Although there are a few things you need to know . First of all, the earphone jack is 2.5mm (not 3.5mm), so replacement earphones probably won't fit without an adaptor (which can bought bought for as little as a penny) . Second I struggled to get the player to play videos, it seems the player only plays AMV format videos, again easily solved by downloading a converter from the net, what you find when you have converted the video file is that it takes up less memory - Bonus, more videos & more songs - so there a definate benefits with AMV files . Third the battery life is listed as 8 hrs (I think), it's actually closer to 4 - 4.5 hrs, but considering it can charge up via a computer's USB port or a mains socket . You're never short of places to charge . So overall, a few teething troubles maybe but nothing drastic, sound quality on songs is comparable with the best on the market and videos are surprisingly good quality . The V70 is also compatible with Windows XP, so storing songs etc, couldn't be easier . All for [...], so you have money left over in your wallet . Enjoy !

To use, even I managed it! It took a bit of working out,but that was mostly down to there being more than one driver on the CD.Once I'd worked out which one I needed I had no problems. The screen quality is great, too, perfect for what I want, which is mostly music videos.Well worth a try if you want an MP4 player but don't have the budget for more well known brands
Brilliant sound quality February 16, 2007 L. Spencer (UK) 12 out of 12 found this review helpful
I recently purchased this mp3 player after I lost my iPod shuffle. It's certainly worth the money, the sound quality is brilliant and Tecknet Online Ltd even provided my with a headphone converter so I can use headphones with the normal connection size. And for that price it's completely worth it!
For the price an excellent item June 15, 2007 B. Bissett (UK) 11 out of 11 found this review helpful
Ok, so I was expecting a very cheap plastic toy-like player for the price but I was pleasantly surprised. It's quite well built, not to Apple's standard but hey, it's not a nano. The interface was relatively easy to get the hang of and with a decent set of headphones the sound quality is excellent (if you've bought this then you need some good 2.5mm earphones the one's supplied are shockingly cheap and nasty). AMV playback is good, the screen is not bad for the price and held up against my mate's black nano they are surprisingly alike. All in all a very good little player for the price, I know there have been some bad reviews about these but I guess at the lower end of the market it's the luck of the draw.
