Great Device - Works Really Well. ! September 20, 2006 Loopingstar (London UK) 10 out of 10 found this review helpful
Using this in a van driving around London and I'm really impressed with the performance . Switching to DX mode gives much better sound quality - almost as good as a tape adaptor . I've read lots of negative reviews of the iTrip on the web but I honestly had no cause for complaint .
Excellent December 7, 2006 B. Wells (E Yorkshire, England) 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
I was initially unsure about purchasing this item given a couple of unfavorable customer reviews. I can say however that my fears were unjustified. The iTrip worked perfectly straight out of the box. The default frequency setting worked with my hi-fi, car radio and a portable radio when once tuned to 88.9 Mhz. A great little device - I am well pleased.

Griffin iTrip - Sheer Class March 23, 2007 Mr. N. Lysandrou (Essex, UK) 8 out of 9 found this review helpful
I was a bit swayed on whether or not to buy the iTrip after reading mixed reviews. The iTrip came the following day after ordering on Free super saver delivery, so that was a result. I took it out of the packaging, tuned it in to an empty radio station, and i was away. It is a very powerful piece of hardware, and it met my requirements perfectly. I found that on LX mode, i had to be quite close to the radio for it to be crystal clear, but once i switched it to DX mode, the clarity boosted. I could still clearly and crisply hear my music, despite being in the room next door with my iPod! DX mode is very powerful, i even went upstairs with my ipod, and could still hear the music downstairs, although it was a lil distorted. A bonus to the iTrip is that you dont need to fiddle about with the iPods volume control, iTrip automatically sorts all that out. It truly is a very good piece of equipment. Works 100%, terrific in the car as well!! Just make sure you have it on DX mode.. that's for crystal clear, sharp music!
Love it! September 7, 2007 Louby Lou (Scotland) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I'd been looking for one of these for a while but didn't want to spend a fortune on one. Found this little one here and although I was slightly dubious as it was quite cheap,I bought it anyway as I wouldn't lose much if it wasn't very good. I was worried as I the aeriel on my car is snapped off so I don't actually get a radio station at the moment, but it worked great! Just plug it into the ipod (I have a mini) and it tells you which station to tune into, then off you go, simple as that! Id recommend it to anyone! I'm using it right now in fact through my stereo and it sounds fab! Brill for when you get sick of your cds and you fancy having a mix of your fave songs :)
