There's not a lot you can expect from a product such as this, beyond that it works. This works, but there are some issues.Firstly, the cable can be used for charging or for synching, but not both at the same time: a physical switch on the USB plug lets you choose which to do. I believe this is because of a limitation in the USB standard. Secondly, the USB plug itself is bulky enough to prevent you from plugging things into a neighbouring USB port, if the ports are too close together. This can be overcome using a USB extension cable, but it is nonetheless irritating. On the bright side, the sprung reel means that this is a very neat cable to store away.
