Excellent Gadget February 20, 2007 Alexis Marie Brown (UK) 7 out of 8 found this review helpful
I really liked my new gadget and in fact I would buy 2 more for my mom and my bestfriend. That's how happy I am and satisfied with what I have purchased. Good value for money too!
Excellent VFM March 21, 2007 J. Philcox 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
I am delighted with this player which for just [...] represents excellent value. The sound is really good and my son who has an I-pod was very impressed. The earphone socket is non-standard but it comes with an adaptor if you want to upgrade to earphones using the standard plug. A previous reviewer commented that there was no way of creating a file list but on my model you can; just plug the player into your PC and you can create files through 'My Music'- your file structure then feeds across to the player. The company is excellent to deal with. They kept me informed of the delivery position and apologised in advance for a delay which never materialized. The supplied charger did not fit properly into a 13A socket, but one e-mail from me led to an apology and a replacement in the past 2 days later. One word of warning. I downloaded some tracks from Napster but then discovered that this player does not seem to be compatible with Napster tracks. This wouldn't be a problem for those whose PC can burn tracks but I can't! Otherwise a very good buy.

I think that the player is very good value for money. however it onlys seems to work on usb 1.0. It comes with some software to convert videos to amv which is quite simple to use and also has a tool where you can shorten the video clips. For me it was rather tricky to work alll this at first but now its working fine. The inbuilt fm radio performed very well. The headphones it came with are a bit cheap and have a funny socket which is the wrong size for normal headphones < but an adaptor is only like 1.50 from places like M A P L I N. Jimmy
Smashing little feature packed MP3 player!! August 12, 2007 A. Munns (Leeds, West Yorks) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
After months of frustrated searching for a compact, reasonably priced MP3 player with features such as recordable FM Radio, Photo Viewer and voice recorder I decided to take a chance with this little no-name Ipod Nano look-a-like-expecting the worst when it arrived, once I had it up and running I was very pleasantly suprised by what I found-an easy to use, shiny, pretty little thing which does everything I want it to do! Unlike the big brand name MP3 players (which con you in to buying a seperate wall charger separately) this player comes with a wall charger, has a recordable F.M radio(a pretty decent reception too-here in Leeds anyway) and works with Windows Media Player-its really easy to transfer music, I just send album folders from My Documents to the removable disk and it works just fine! The sound is up to a pretty decent standard too, at least to my ears, certainly sounds as good as other much more expensive big brand players I have used in the past! Its not all been smooth running though-I've had a problem where when I have deleted an album the player has froze and then deleted all my music and would not allow me to put music back on it when turned back on-however Tecknet were brilliant and advised me how to reformat the player via email and it works fine-although deleting albums is still a problem in practise its not enough to put me off this little player! Plus points are ease of use, decent sound, it looks good, has great features and I tecknet have been great helping me with any problems I have had. Bad points are the slightly awkward navigation from now playing to albums(which took a while but getting used to now!), the deleting albums freezing up problem, and it does not display album art as shown in the item description!!!A bit misleading that! Overall I am very happy with this product-for the money I paid for it it was an absolute bargin-I have only owned it for a month or so and time will tell if will keep working for me but so far so good-I would recomend this to anyone looking for a bargin MP3 player packed with features!
great little player for your money April 18, 2007 J. Gledhill (Tyne And Wear, England) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I have had this player for a few months now and im very impressed with it. Its very easy to download your music, the sound quality is great and you can even store some photos on it as well. The only thing i dont like is that there is security attachment from your headphones but there's nowhere to attach it to the player. Worried that should the headphone socket come out- my player will fall to the ground. Does anyone know of a case that i can buy for this make of player? Thanks.
